Pre-existing reference images, clean and clear.
Good quality reference images are important, so please:→ Avoid sending images that are too dark with strong atmospheric lighting.
→ Avoid sending low-resolution images — I need to see all the elements of the design clearly to be able to illustrate them.
→ Avoid sending reference images with black or very dark backgrounds that make it difficult to see the silhouette of the design and character.Instead, it is good and preferable to keep the reference images well lit and easy to read, showing the design in neutral lighting and/or set against a light or bright background.It is also very helpful if I can see the design from different angles, such as both sides and the front, as in character sheets and turnarounds, for example.
Even if you don't have a character sheet, that's okay! Just keep making sure that the images you send are clear, well-lit, and easy to read.It is important to have all design elements clearly displayed and consistent in their references: you can also add clarifying text. This is to avoid misinterpretation and misunderstandings.What you get

→ A smaller version for websites, with a lower-resolution and watermark.
→ Other versions, such as PNG images, can be delivered upon request.

TOS OVERVIEW

The Customer must read the full Terms of Service. The TOS overview can be skipped.Pay 50% upfront before work begins, and the remaining 50% upon completion.Product will be delivered digitally.The Illustrator will not be responsible for loss of Product once it has been delivered.The Customer has the right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.Customer has the right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion (per example, eye colour change).Must be paid in $USD.Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for
1 month , or when work has not been completed within
2 months. Time may vary with the complexity of art.The Customer is required to contact the Illustrator quickly and respond promptly.Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.The Illustrator can cancel and refund any order at any time.Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.The customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets and any future inventions in the space.

Terms of Service

This contract is between the artist named Quiech further referred as Illustrator and the person or institution further named as Customer for purchasing an illustration hereinafter referred to as the Product. By ordering the product from Quiech, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
I. The Customer agrees to pay 50% of the invoice upfront at the start of the project and the remaining 50% upon completion, with the final delivery of the file.II. The Customer agrees that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by the Illustrator according to the above.III. Payment only through PayPal via invoice.PROCESS AND REVISIONS
I. After receiving payment and the information necessary to begin the illustration, the Illustrator will send a message to the Client informing them that their order has been received, and if necessary, may also send a message requesting further information.II. With all the information collected, the Illustrator will begin sketching and send any necessary updates for the Customer's approval until the final Product is achieved, within the agreed delivery deadline.III. The Customer is responsible for contacting the Illustrator promptly and responding promptly to requests such as comments, clarifications, opinions, progress approval, etc. Lack of communication on the part of the client will be recognized as implicit approval of all progress and the current state of the product.IV. The Customer has the right to up to three complete revisions during the sketch phase.V. The Customer has the right to a reasonable amount of minor edits if necessary, such as changing the color of the eyes or correcting a small detail in the Product.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
I. The customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in $ USD.II. It is solely the Customer's responsibility to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees, and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Illustrator.III. Payment is considered as received and completed only when the total amount received on the Illustrator's $USD account is equal to the invoice amount in $USD.PRODUCT DELIVERY
I. The Illustrator maintains a standard delivery time of one to five weeks. However, delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the Product.II. The Customer agrees that the Product will be delivered digitally via the email address provided by the Customer, after final payment has been received by the Illustrator.III. Any other methods of delivery, either digital or physical, must be mutually agreed upon before the work commences. The customer is obliged to bear any costs incurred by the alternative delivery method, such as postal costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees, etc.IV. It is solely the Client's responsibility to propose an alternative delivery method that works for both parties. The Illustrator cannot be held responsible by the Client for the Client's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of files sent, impediments such as spam filters, or any other technical obstacle beyond the Illustrator's control.V. After delivery of the Product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of the Product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Illustrator. The Illustrator cannot guarantee that the original copy of the Product will be available in case of loss of files by the Customer.

REFUND POLICY
I. Refunds are not possible for a Product that has already been completed or that has been started for the Customer.II. The Customer is entitled to request a refund if the Product has not progressed within one consecutive month or has not been completed within two months. Refund conditions for Products requiring further work must be agreed separately before work commences. These conditions exclude interruptions to work caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accidents, or any other credibly documented reason for the interruption of work.III. In accordance with these terms, in the event of a refund, the value of the Product will be refunded to the Customer minus any PayPal transfer fees.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
I. The Illustrator reserves all copyrights to the ordered Product. The Illustrator does not claim ownership of the character depicted in the Product, which belongs to the Customer. The Illustrator reserves the right to use the finished Product in her portfolio and also to promote her work.II. The Product received by the Customer is exclusively for personal use. Any use of the product for commercial purposes, resale, reproduction, or publication beyond personal use must be agreed upon in advance with the Illustrator. To this end, a separate agreement between the Customer and the Illustrator will be required, defining the exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.III. The Customer does not have the right to use the product in any type of blockchain technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or future inventions in this type in the space.IV. In addition, the Customer does not have the rights to use the Product in any machine learning AI (artificial intelligence) technology, image generation technologies, or future inventions of this type in the space.

CANCELLATIONS
I. The Illustrator reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason at any time, such as in cases where the Customer fails to comply with the terms and rules set forth in these terms of service, under the conditions of full refund, without giving reasons to the Customer.II. Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of the order. In this case, the Customer will receive a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work that has been completed. The Illustrator reserves the right to refuse any future services to the Customer.III. If the cancellation is made by the Customer, 50% of the Product's value will be refunded and the other 50% will be retained by the Illustrator as a kill fee and compensation for the work already done.Please send a cloud emoji ☁️ in your commission request if you have read the Terms of Service in full.
